As Managing Director of the C2 Commercial Division, David oversees all commercial loan origination and placement of commercial debt & structured finance. He leads a team that is dedicated to maximizing the value C2 Financial Corporation offers to loan officers and their clients and further establishes C2 Financial Corporation and a full service financial platform.
Prior to his role at C2 Commercial, David spent five years as a top performer at Wells Fargo Commercial and Business Banking Group in southern California. David has a proven track record of successfully originating, underwriting and closing commercial mortgage transactions for all commercial product types for both investors and business owners across the county. David’s extensive background in all facets of commercial lending, sales, leasing and experience in the banking industry set him apart. He understands transactions from a true investment perspective and is known for best in class, solution-driven commercial finance advisory work.

Andrea oversees the all accounting operations of C2 Commercial, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records with a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to enhance the accuracy of the company’s financial results and success. She has worked with C2 Financial since 2005. Starting in the Accounting department, she has moved her way through the company, working in all areas of review, encompassing PreQC, PostQC and Funded Files for C2 Commercial
Her team works hard on providing great customer service while keeping in compliance as top priority.
Renee is the Real Estate Manager for Cal State Realty Services, the real estate division of C2 Financial. While C2 Commercial and C2 Financial focus on finance, Renee is a licensed Broker with 12 years of experience to help facilitate any purchase or sale need in real estate. Renee has worked for C2 Financial for the last 14 years.
Renee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She began her career at C2 Financial right after she graduated from college in the accounting department. Shortly thereafter she transferred to the real estate department as a Transaction Coordinator. Over the next 12 years she worked her way up, got her broker’s license and now manages the real estate department.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Naomi Cowne is our C2 Commercial Office Manager and a Transaction Coordinator
As a graduate from San Diego State University in Public Administration, she took an entry level job with C2 and has worked her way through various departments, learning the business and gaining her DRE License along the way. Naomi understands the value hard work, customer service and loyalty and hopes to continue to grow along with C2 Financial. Naomi is an integral part of C2 to ensure all aspects of the work well as a collective to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
In her spare time, you can find her traveling with family or catching the latest concert or dance theater event.
As the newest addition to the C2 Commercial Team Jayce manages the day to day production relating to commercial real estate lending and deal flow within the division. He interacts directly with clients, escrow, title, and other third-party vendors to facilitate a quick and seamless loan closing. Jayce helps maintain our extensive database of lenders and borrowers to ensure our network is precise and up to date.
Jayce is originally from Kaneohe, Hawaii and is a linebacker and special teams’ performer at UCLA. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and spending time with friends and family.
As your commercial loan processor, Sherry is in charge of preparing loan files and submitting them to banks or mortgage lenders for approval. With a background in forensic bookkeeping, her attention to detail ensures that all documents and signatures are in order prior to submission. She’s worked with clients in dozens of industries on a wide range of bookkeeping tasks, commercial loan requirement to ongoing account maintenance. Sherry takes pride in providing reliable, ethical and professional services to our clients with an ease of process that comes naturally.
Sherry attended the University of Texas in Austin where she received two degrees (Marketing and Computer Science) before the age of 21. After graduation, she moved back to Dallas where she married and raised 4 boys. The family moved to Southern California where they have lived since 2001.
